check ur header bolts to start with. Does it contue after the car is heated up?

I always thought it did cuz every time i checked it was making the noise, yesterday i drove to a shop aboutr 40 mins away and when i got there it stopped!!! I dont kno what the problem is...

Upon starting your car, it sounds like you need a serious tune and valve adjusting. When you started your car, it missed then started.
